tonight's a lonely night

and it would be a good time to whimper and whisper to Allah... i know. but lets talk a while k..

theres a reason y the malay culture emphasizes so much on wives having a bright smile and nice words when husbands comes back from work. Works tiring! and when a wife adds on to all the shitty stuff that happens at work, it triggers a whole lot of emotional stress that would harm not only mentally but also spiritualy...

now the question is... what if a girl comes back with the sama emotional stress...?? are girls just a whole bunch of mammals without feelings and emotions? everyone.. i repeat everyone has a right to be respected and treated nicely... not to be idolized, just be nice....

i mean, its true, when a guy gets stress it shows on their faces... but girls have the ability to hide all emotions... and it gets suppressed in  their hearts.. yup, at times u can just call us a bunch of hypocrites! because thats what we're gud at,trust me, it takes a whole lot of energy for a girl to suppress all sadness, anger, dissapointment, worries and produce a not so bright but not so pathetic smile.. dont believeme? u try it! saya mencabar kamu2 yg kuat mengamuk itu.. :-) take it positive la k... if u practice this for 21 days.. insyaAllah kesabaran dipihak kamu.... since some research did show that a habit practices for a duration of 21 days would make it habitual :-) insyaAllah.. kite cuba k.. pretend that nuthing happened and life's just good. Well, it actually is... Allah bagi nikmat banyak, n it only takes a tinny winny bit of issue to destroy the whole rasa syukur terhadap sume nikmat yg diberi..

being an ordinary girl, i know it hurts when people take u forgranted... making u feel useless, making u feel as though ur not taking life seriusly... n thinking that u dont care about anyone but yourself... if a stranger or sumone who doesnt know u well has that thinking, im sure it wouldnt bother u that much.... pedulik ap kan? but if its a best friend, your boyfriend, girlfriend, the bff's or watever, i'm sure u would definitely be effected... but wait! when its your own family that has this perception towards u, your spouse, your mom, dad, sibling... im ahundred percent sure u'd be devastated!

so friends.. be nice... we never know whats in a persons heart.. they might be suffering a whole lot of pain, but still strive to ensure people around them not to worry... and trying their best to better their lives :-)

life can be gruesome.. depending how u see it.... if u take that as Allah challenge to make u the bestest servant.. i believe that u'll survive... and insyaAllah blessings ang barakah will always be there.. no matter who dumps u... theres always sumone who would be there lifting every little spirit u have left :-) n makes u survive another tomorrow..

well, thats that for today... do pray that Allah is just challenging my every bit of imaan to ensure im always with Him... :-)

first anniversary with my baby. :-)

ok.... my baby is my phone.. :-)

i used to facinate it alot when it wasnt yet mine... but i kept myself away from it.. i fed my mind with thoughts that it was just a waste of money... :-l

well.. it really was initially... :-( since i didnt really 'use' it. balik2 bukak facebook.. x memberangsangkan langsung... haha... :-p

akan tetapi...." i found the light!! "   err.. ok... too corny :-p

some very useful apps were in store.... and its free!! :-D and it takes only a few-less-than-2-minutes-to-dwnload. :-0

i would highly recommend android users to download this list of beneficial widgets, ebooks, e-whatever-there -is..

app no 1: dua and azkar... to those who are like me, masih terkapai2 mncari pembimbing utk bimbing dgn doa2 tertentu... this is gereaattee! lepas solat, u dduk je main phone, then it will not only provide the doa, it comes with a package of translation and it readddsss to you! :-) yup! it reads the doa, u just follow... dengar hari2, nnti mesti leh hafal... well, one teeny weeny flaw,i still have problem playing the ruqyah audio section, well if anyone has any idea on how to make it work, do let me know :-)

app no 2: apps of yusuf estes, suhaib webb and azhar idrus :-) owh, and i bet theres a lot more.. but i'm addicted to their approach in guiding muslims to the one path... ramai yg kata, D, read translations of the quran... i do, i really do... but translations are deep... i need sumone to help tafsir for me, explain it to me in a language that i understand.. and help me relate it to our daily lives... thats y i ususally engage more to mp3's of kuliahs, lectures and others of its kind... :-) i see things that the quran teaches with more understanding rather than just translations :-) but dont get me wrong, i do go to translations at times.... and this brings me to the next app...

app no 3: iquran :-)
it reads for u, it translates to english.... and the arabic writing used are clear! it makes it easy for us... :-) the difference between this app and the usual mp3 that we download is that, it can play and stop at the exact ayat that we want... no rewind n forward repeatedly for the verse we intend to read.. seriously! senang!

rakan2, another thing.. we know a lot are happening to muslims around the world... the least we can do is doa... Allah dengar ap kite mintak... n Allah dah janji utk tunaikan kalau kita mintak... jgn buruk sangka and think Allah will ignore our prayers ok.. ramai among us yg solat hajat nk kawen cepat, lulus periksa, kerja elok, it only takes a single sincere sentence to pray for our brothers and sisters, so selit je dlm our everyday prayers... i do hope everyone takes this seriously....

dedication (part 2)

nenek was born a fighter... and she had the spirit of a warrior because of submission to the only one... She lived a hard life, but was always thankful of everything she has....

her husband died when she was at a very young age of 39 years old.. but alhamdulillah, Allah granted her with health, perseverence and iman.... this is what made her survive all the hardship while bringing up all 8 children of hers... yup, she had 8 children.... no husband... no job, no diploma, degree, masters... people nowadays would say she almost had nothing.. but she had huge talents.... she was a great cook.... :-)

so everyday, she would make all kinds of kueh, you name it, she has made it.. even those gula tarik was one of her specialties.... and all children of hers would go around early in the morning to sell them... some went on bicycles to houses, some brought them to school, they were business people at a very naive age.... bonding between siblings? marvelous.... well, they werent the kind that never forget to wish bday's, or giving cards, buying gifts of all kind.. these were superficial stuff... but their love for each other showed when one was in hardship, n everyone else would run and help... hard to believe..
